We’re a Tennessee based provider of outpatient mental health services which offer support and treatment to individuals who are experiencing mental health symptoms. This program is created to be strength-focused and recovery-oriented.

We offer a comprehensive range of flexible and responsive interventions tailored to the client and their family’s needs. Therapy can be provided via telehealth or in person at an office near you!

Our clinical staff utilizes cognitive/behavioral approaches and other therapeutic services to teach families new skills so that the client/family can more effectively manage their lives.

Our compassionate clinical staff evaluates and treats the effects of mental health and co-occurring symptoms that impair an individual’s ability to function. Through personalized treatment, the goal of this program is to empower clients in their recovery using short-term, evidence-based, and trauma-informed approaches.
