Family Centered Treatment (FCT)
An evidence-based and well-supported trauma-informed treatment model of home-based family therapy. The primary utilization of this service is for stabilization of the family, prevention of removal from the home, and reunification should a youth be placed in foster/kin/congregate care. Designed to increase family health and well-being, promote attachment and resiliency, and develop functional solutions for maladaptive patterns. Includes 24-hour staff availability. Assigned practitioners are assigned no more than four families. Length of service is no more than six months. Contact: gafct@gahope.org

Outpatient Mental Health
Offers support and treatment to individuals who are experiencing mental health symptoms. As a Tier Two+ Provider of Community-Based Mental Health Services (CBMH), provides a number of services that help clients maintain stability in an outpatient environment. Services include individual and family counseling, individual and family skill-building, peer support, and group therapy and training. Services are rendered at the community level–meeting clients where they are — and through a vast School-Based Mental Health Program (SBMH). SBMH provides early intervention services within schools to identify and address childhood mental health symptoms before they become chronic by immersing therapists and Client Support Specialists into school environments to support clients, teachers, and administration. Psychiatric Clinic
Offers medication management services to support clients by diagnosing and treating emotional, behavioral and psychological issues. Prescribers are available to discuss diagnoses and medication management of the presenting mental health issues. Nurses are available for hands-on assessments and education on clients’ overall health goals.

Substance Use Treatment Services
Helps adolescents and adults experiencing co-occurring substance use and mental health issues find hope and healing. Strength-focused and recovery-oriented. Services are provided multiple times per week and are designed to prevent higher levels of care, help sustain long-term sobriety, mental health, and support clients remaining in their permanent homes and environment. Service delivery is through our outpatient program (OP) which ranges from one to 19 hours per week, depending on need. Provided through individual, family, and group modalities. Case management services are also available.

Therapeutic Foster Care
A medically necessary treatment for children with adverse childhood experiences, as well as emotional, behavioral, medical, or developmental needs, providing structured treatment within a therapeutic foster care setting. Therapeutic foster care includes compassionate and professional staff who support the foster families and youth by providing a range of services including:
- Supervision.
- 24-hour staff availability.
- Coordination of medical treatment when necessary.
- Foster parent training in behavior management and various treatment approaches.
