Substance Use Disorder
Substance Use Disorder Services | Health Connect America
Our Substance Use Disorder Services help individuals experiencing issues because of co-occurring substance use and mental health issues find hope and healing. This program is strength-focused and recovery-oriented. A therapist or counselor evaluates and motivates their clients to begin and maintain the recovery process. This program is individually designed and uses evidence-based approaches with the goal of these services being to empower our clients in their recovery.
Substance Use Disorder Services provide integrated treatment for co-occurring substance use and mental health issues. Our clients receive these services multiple times per week and are designed to prevent higher levels of care, help sustain long-term sobriety, mental health and support clients remaining in their permanent homes and environment. These services are delivered through our outpatient program (OP) as well as our intensive outpatient program (IOP), which range from 1 hour a week up to 19, depending on your needs. These services are provided through individual family and group modalities.
In our Tennessee offices, we accept ADAT, SPOT, CTC as well as our other third party payors.
We adhere to a “No Wrong Door” approach in order to remove barriers to appropriate care and services. Health Connect America’s staff aids all persons navigating the mental health, substance use, and medical treatment systems. Our approach is systems based resulting in advocacy, community coordination, and provider collaboration within the physical and mental health service community.
