Outpatient Mental Health Services | Health Connect America

Outpatient Mental Health Services offer support and treatment to individuals who are experiencing mental health symptoms. We can also help our clients with co-occurring disorders. This program is created to be strength-focused, recovery-oriented. We offer a comprehensive range of flexible and responsive interventions tailored to the client’s and their family’s needs.

Our compassionate clinical staff evaluates and treats the effects of mental health and co-occurring symptoms that impair an individual’s ability to function. Through personalized treatment, the goal of this program is to empower clients in their recovery using short-term, evidence-based, and trauma-informed approaches.

We offer treatment for children, adolescents, and adults for the following conditions, in addition to many others:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • ADHD
  • Grief
  • Anger Management
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Oppositional Defiance Disorder
  • Attachment Disorder
  • Trauma
  • Sexual & Physical Abuse
  • Substance Use (pregnant women are given preference for admission)

Our clinical staff utilizes cognitive/behavioral approaches and other therapeutic services to teach families new skills so that the client/family can more effectively manage their lives.
