Family Centered Treatment | Health Connect America

An evidence-based and well-supported trauma-informed treatment model of home-based family therapy.
The primary utilization of this service is for stabilization of the family, prevention of removal from home, and
reunification should a youth be placed in foster/kin/congregate care. Designed to increase family health and wellbeing,
promote attachment and resiliency, and develop functional solutions for maladaptive patterns. Includes
24-hour staff availability. Assigned practitioners are assigned no more than four families. Length of service is no
more than six months.

Family Centered Treatment is currently offered in Virginia, North Carolina, and Mississippi.
