About Us
Accessible Care Wherever You Are
We provide our services where you are–in your community, in your home, or in one of our multiple offices across several states. Our network of direct care professionals is readily available to meet the needs of our clients and their families in our communities.
The services we provide are meant to fit into your life and can come in the form of one-on-one or family counseling, case management, autism services, or medication management for children, adults, and families. These services promote positive personal growth, develop healthy coping skills, preserve and repair relationships, and natural support systems.
Our Mission
We are relentlessly committed to keeping families together and transforming lives through evidence-informed care. Every person deserves access to compassionate, effective, and measurable behavioral health services. Our work is never done if there are people in need—and we exist to meet that need with excellence, urgency, and integrity.

Health Connect America Timeline
Proudly Accredited
Health Connect America is proud to say that we are accredited through Council on Accreditation for all of our behavioral health service programs both in our offices and in the community. We first achieved accreditation in 2012.
The Council on Accreditation was founded in 1977 by the Child Welfare League of America and Family Service America (now the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities) to help agencies achieve the highest level of quality services through identifying best practices and building strong infrastructures for decision making and oversight within agencies, as well as having clearly identified strategic plans. With over 40 years of experience in promoting best practice standards, they are a well-respected ally for the human and social services field. With the support of over 30 national and international organizations, a team of over 400 volunteers, and a highly skilled and experienced board of trustees and staff, COA is committed to promoting quality through advocating for best practices and operating within the context of a strong community.
