Our Mission
To actively and aggressively intervene, as early as possible, against the physical, psychological, social, educational, and family crisis experienced by individuals who are suffering from substance use disorders or co occurring substance use and mental health disorders in an environment that preserves and promotes the dignity of the persons served without regard to race, color, creed, gender, economic or social circumstance, sexual orientation, or national origin.
Our vision is to provide individualized care to address client specific needs, and incorporate group dynamics to enhance growth and overall wellbeing.

Health Connect America's stance is that that anytime someone enlists our services we will ensure they receive the treatment they need whether for mental health, substance abuse or co-occurring treatment. Additionally, clients will be referred to the most appropriate service should HCA be unable to provide treatment. HCA is committed to maintaining other provider relations that meet client needs when they are outside of our scope of service.

- Motivate clients to abstain from abusing sub-stances and develop a healthy and sober lifestyle
- To provide a safe and structured environment to assist clients during recovery
- To provide after care services for clients who successfully complete their IOP program
- To provide a safe environment where peer support can be accessed
