What are the qualifications for HealthConnect in-home caseworkers?

HealthConnect caseworkers are Master’s Level specialists or Bachelor’s Level specialists under direct supervision of Master’s Level staff.  HealthConnect provides In-House Pre-Service Training for all staff.  Applicants must be computer literate.  HealthConnect utilizes a web-based charting system.

Are there career advancement opportunities at HealthConnect?

Yes!  At HealthConnect there are options to advance your career and take on leadership roles as you gain knowledge and experience.

Are all positions full time, salaried positions?

Although there are and will be positions that are salaried and full time, HealthConnect caseworkers are Independent Contractors of HealthConnect.  Independent Contractors are paid an hourly flat rate based on qualifications and experience.  Caseworkers are required to carry a caseload of 5-7 families.
