What are the qualifications for Health Connect in-home caseworkers?

Health Connect caseworkers are Master’s Level specialists or Bachelor’s Level specialists under direct supervision of Master’s Level staff.  Health Connect provides In-House Pre-Service Training for all staff.  Applicants must be computer literate.  Health Connect utilizes a web-based charting system.

Are all positions full time, salaried positions?

Although there are and will be positions that are salaried and full time, Health Connect caseworkers are Independent Contractors of Health Connect.  Independent Contractors are paid an hourly flat rate based on qualifications and experience.  Caseworkers are required to carry a caseload of 5-7 families.
